How can I request you at my child’s school?
To request iKids U at your child’s school, please fill out the interest form found here.
Do you take CCS?
We accept CCS payments for qualified applicants. Please reach out to our office for assistance with registration, providing the required information.
Do you offer scholarships?
We offer scholarships through Workforce Solution Child Care Subsidies. To apply, please visit Workforce Solutions Child Care Subsidies.
What are your instructor qualifications?
Our staff members have at least 6 months of experience working with children or have taken pre-service training in child development and behavior. They receive training in various areas, including safety, emergency preparedness, and more. Our staff-to-student ratios exceed state requirements at a low 12:1 ratio.
Can my child sign up for enrichment and 1:1 in the same day?
Yes, your child can participate in both enrichment and 1:1 lessons in the same day. Enrichment and 1:1 lessons have separate costs.
My child is interested in two enrichments that are offered on the same day. Can we alternate weeks?
Unfortunately, we can’t alternate weeks. We recommend signing up for a different class in the new semester to enjoy both.
I need care today - can my child start today if I register today?
We require at least 48 hours to process your registration (up to a week for a second payor) to ensure your child’s information is ready for our on-site teams.
Can I register for just one semester?
We are a full-year program, so you must register for both the Fall and Spring semesters. However, you can choose different options for each semester.
What is your Covid and/or illness policy?
We follow CDC guidelines for Covid and school requirements. Staff may wear masks while working with children indoors. Our policies are subject to change to align with CDC recommendations. Please keep your child home if they have a fever above 100 degrees.
Are there any other fees or discounts I should be aware of?
There may be coupon codes available seasonally. Additionally, administrative fees for unnotified absences and processing fees for late or denied payments may apply. Late pick-up fees also apply after a 10-minute grace period. A 2.5% fee will apply for payments processed via credit card.
Can we do a trial?
We don’t generally offer trials, but we encourage parents to register for the days they need care. We offer part-time and full-time options for a smooth transition into our program.
Can we observe a class?
As a licensed program, we can’t allow adults that have not been background-checked in to the classroom. We can offer verbal reports and share photos with your written permission through our parent portal, and also send regular newsletters to our enrolled families.
What is the refund policy if I have to withdraw?
We do not offer refunds after payment is processed, but unused portions are credited for the next year or additional program options. For this reason, we offer convenient monthly installments. A withdrawal fee may apply, so check with your local operator for details.
